• Добавлены обозначения `Скорость` и `Точность` на ярлыке текущего элементы диаграммы.
• Добавлены горячие клавиши «Shift» и «Ctrl» для выделения элеметов диаграммы статистики уроков.

Редактор уроков

• Перемещение уроков между секциями и курсами.
• Добавлена команда `Создать секцию`
• Окно `Свойства` удалено из `Редактора уроков`.
• Опция `Сохранять статистику незавершенного урока` была перемещена из секции `При закрытии приложения` в секцию `Продолжительность урока`. Также эта опция становится недоступной, когда выбрана опция `Не останавливать урок`.
• Команда меню `Сохранить всё` сохраняет все курсы для всех клавиатурных раскладок.

A fun app to improve your typing skills

Being fast and accurate at typing is becoming increasingly important in today’s world of computers and devices. With RapidTyping Portable you can improve your typing easily.

RapidTyping Portable includes a series of simple exercises to get you started in the art of typing without having to be constantly looking at the keyboard. The program lets you train specific groups of letters that are located next to each other on the keyboard, and also shows you the right finger to use for each of them. At the end of the lesson you’re presented with some colorful statistics that show information about your performance and improvement.

The interface in RapidTyping Portable is a bit weird, as it includes some background images and animations that can be quite distracting. Luckily you can disable both and use a plain, white background during your lessons.

Regarding lessons, the ones included in RapidTyping Portable are quite basic; they only cover groups of letters and don’t include any real words or sentences. On the upside, you can easily create your own lessons, and put yourself to test with real custom texts. And of course, being a portable application, you can run RapidTyping Portable without leaving any trace on the computer – or even run it from a USB key.

Once you’ve chosen your keyboard and language settings, it’s time to choose the lesson most appropriate for your skill level. Rapid Typing Tutor has everything from the most basic lessons to more advanced ones. You can choose to take lessons that teach you where specific letters are or lessons that teach you how to type different word sets.

Rapid Typing Tutor’s set-up is quite convenient, as it offers a virtual keyboard, complete with a pair of hands that show you the appropriate placement for your hands on your own keyboard. Then, just follow the on-screen instructions. Rapid Typing Tutor will make a noise if you hit an incorrect key. If this becomes distracting, there is an option to mute the program. If you’d like a more scenic screen while learning how to type, Rapid Typing Tutor also offers an animated screen that moves forward every time you click the correct letter.

The only real hang-up a user might have with Rapid Typing Tutor is that the program does take up quite a lot of space on your screen. It also sometimes freezes up for a moment or two between screens, particularly when you have several programs running at once.
